Job Details
    1. Deputy Director (Food Processing) : 01 Post (OBC)
    • Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
    • Salary: Rs.43,000/- p.m. approx
    • Age Limit : 35 yrs as on 01.11.2009
    • Qualification / Experience : Master's degree or Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in food processing (like fruits & vegetable, milk, meat etc.). 5 years' post-qualification experience of which at least 2 years in executive capacity in implementing/ operating/ maintaining/ quality control etc. of units in the given field and conversant with use of computer and related software.
    2. Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts) : 01 Post (SC)
    • Salary: Rs.43,000/- p.m. approx
    • Age Limit : 35 yrs as on 01.11.2009
    • Qualification / Experience : Bachelor's degree with MBA (2-years' full time/3-years' part-time) with specialization in Finance or Post Graduation in Commerce/ Banking or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant. 5 years' post-qualification experience of which at least 2 years in executive capacity in finance, accounts, costing, taxation, risk assessment, resource management and allied functions in a bank /financial / developmental institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software
    3. Asstt. Director
    • No of Posts : 05 (Gen-3,OBC-1, ST-1)
    • Salary: Rs.37000/- p.m. approx
    • Age Limit : 30 yrs as on 01.11.2009
    • Qualification / Experience : Bachelor's degree with MBA/(2-years' full time/3-years' part-time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or Post-Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics/ Agri-business/Rural Management/ Cooperative Management/ Banking/Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant. 2 years' post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, audit, project appraisal, project financing, monitoring, evaluation and allied functions in a bank/ financial/ developmental institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software.
    4. Commercial Artist : 01 Post (OBC)
    • Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 5,400
    • Salary: Rs.37000/- p.m. approx
    • Age Limit : 35 yrs as on 01.11.2009
    • Qualification / Experience : Essential: Diploma in Commercial Art/Fine Arts from a recognized University /Institution.5 years experience as Commercial Artist/as Artist in Fine Arts in Publicity Department of Central Govt. / State Govt. / Semi Govt. organization/Public Undertaking and reputed advertising agencies
      Desirable: Knowledge of photography/Computer Graphics
    5. Programme Officer

    • Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4600
    • Salary: Rs.28000/- p.m. approx

    • Qualification / Experience : Essential: Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks (relaxable upto 45% in the case of SC/ST and departmental candidates).
