Looking for C++ developer for CA.....(Locals Prefer)

We really need an expert/guru with 10 years or more of heavy C/C++ Development. Someone is purely focused on C/C++ application development as a developer/programmer.

We are looking for a C++ application developer for Linux platform (contractor) to build next generation video streaming products.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and sustain some of existing applications in the CDS-IS product.
2. Performance tuning in various application level components primarily coded in C++
3. Design and develop components either from scratch or add new features on existing components.
4. Require a strong background in software design, documentation and implementation.

Requirements:
1. At least 8-10 years experience on hands on development on C++ over Unix/Linux.
2. At least 4-6 years experience in designing of various components/subsystems independently and implementation of the same.
3. Must have good knowledge on multi-threading, event driven programming, basis system level programming.
4. Knowledge on protocols like HTTP, RTP, RTSP, MPEG2TS is a plus
