A fast growing IT company in US is looking for sales and recruiting staff than can assist I.T consultants find the right career opportunity here in the USA.

 

All positions will be located in offshore office in the fast growing metro area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

 

All positions will be night shift to be aligned with US working hours. Salary plus incentive structure offered.

 Staffing manager/ Resource manager/Sales Manager (night shift)

     
 The candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Must have 6 Months - 4 years of experience in bench marketing an International / US Staffing company.
• Must have successful track record in placing consultants.
• Must have good relationships with vendors in order to present candidates.
• Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in an IT Consulting.
• Successful track record in technical placements.
• Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.
• Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team management skills.
• Use effective marketing strategies such as Portals -Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder,Yahoo, Hot Jobs, Net-Temps.
• Should have successfully placed IT candidates based in the US and can facilitate in closing candidates with prime vendors/clients.
• Prior experience in handling full cycle recruitment process
• Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team management skills.
• Achieve  Targets
• Able to coordinate interview process.
• Ability to initiate contact with the vendors & follow up
• Team player with leadership abilities
